Q: What is SEAC, Inc.? A: SEAC, Inc. is a consulting company that provides guidance to sonography education programs seeking programmatic accreditation through CAAHEP/JRCDMS.
Q: Who are SEAC, Inc.'s staff? A: Our primary consultant has a Master's Degree in Adult Education and is ARDMS certified in Abdomen, OB-Gyn and Vascular Technology. In addition she has served as a CAAHEP/JRCDMS Program Director, JRCDMS Site Visitor and Board member and remains very active in several professional organizations and Boards such as SDMS. She is currently adjunct faculty at two CAAHEP accredited Sonography Programs. A CV and references are available should you decide to seek SEAC's services!
Q: Why should I use SEAC, Inc.'s services?
A: CAAHEP/JRCDMS accreditation can be complicated if you are unfamiliar with the process. SEAC, Inc. has experience and can assist you in providing the most accurate and complete documents which may save you time in the overall accreditation process.
A: We will review documents related to your program's accreditation process. Materials related to the consultation services that are eligible for review by SEAC Inc. may include: CAAHEP/JRC-DMS Application, Sponsorship Documents, JRCDMS Self-Study, On-Site Visit Agendas, ADA and Technical Standards Required for Accreditation, Program Developed Forms, Master Plan (required by JRCDMS/CAAHEP), Student, Employer and Graduate Surveys, Clinical Affiliate Contracts and Required Student Rotation Rosters, Curriculum Review and Design, Clinical Competencies, Faculty Credentials/Qualifications, Program Director Credentials/Qualifications, Clinical Coordinator Credentials/Qualifications, Medical Director or Advisor Credentials/Qualifications, Prospective Student Interview and Selection Process, Co-Requisite (formerly pre-requisite) Requirements, Components for Appropriate Sequencing of Clinical and Didactic Education, Mock Site Visit, Response to Accreditation Findings Letters/Non-compliance and Annual Reports for On-going Accreditation.
Q: What are SEAC, Inc's fees?
A: Fees are customized to each program's needs based on the scope of the services requested and the length of service requested. Typically, a contract will be for one, three, six or twelve months. However, if you have a focused need, SEAC, Inc. will negotiate a fee for a specific service. An initial interview will be conducted to discuss the best approach and contract for your program.
A: We provide services to sonography education programs only. That is our field of expertise and we are experienced at working with the CAAHEP/JRCDMS accrediting organizations.
A: We are currently offering services only to sonography education programs in the United States that require additional assistance on the road to their desired level of CAAHEP/JRCDMS accreditation.
